MICELLAR WATER

Micellar water for makeup removal with a pH close to the tears’ pH. Solubilizer P-4C gently removes pollution and waterproof makeup. This water contains very few components. Advantage of cosmetics made at home is testing raw material before making a cosmetic and using only those, which are adjusted for us.

Components for 50g portion:

·      2% P-4C 0.8ml
·      3% panthenol 1,25ml
·      5% Hyaluronic Acid 2,5ml
·      90% arbitrary water 45ml

DESCRIPTION:
1.     Measured components mix together and stir well.
2.     Put them to a small bottle.
3.     Durability in fridge for about 2-3 weeks.

Remove makeup from eyes using micellar water wipe. Repeat this action until the wipe will be clean. Amount of solubilizer can be made bigger to about 5%, when our makeup is very resistant for washing.

This micellar water has a pH ~ 6,5 (tears’ pH is ~7,4), if it gets to eyes it will not cause excessive burning sensation or lachrymation but the mixture of cosmetic and makeup can. While removing makeup from sensitive eyes you should be particularly careful so nothing will get to your eye. It is natural for eye to act with burning and lachrymation for foreign body.

DESCRIPTION:

1.     Prepare water bath – pot with water on the cooker - and heat it up (2,3 cm of water in pot wide enough for two beakers).
2.     Put the components of A phase to the first beaker and then to the water bath.
3.     Put the components of B phase to the second beaker and then also to the water bath.
4.     Heat up both phases until all components melt. Do not overheat them. Get the beakers out from the water bath.
5.     While mixing intensively (best with minimixer) put A phase to the B phase.
6.     Mix it until cream cool and coagulate a bit. Then add C phase.
7.     Put cream to the pharmaceutical pack and keep in the fridge for about 2 week (without preservatives).
